Freshness & Order Finality: Given that our durians are harvested fresh daily and highly perishable, all orders are processed immediately to ensure top quality. For this reason, all confirmed orders are final and cannot be cancelled. If a delivery is refused or cancelled at the last minute, we will have to charge the 100% full order value to cover the cost of the fresh produce.

Making Changes to Your Order If you need to update your delivery address, change your time slot, or modify the items in your order, please drop us a message at least forty-eight (48) hours before your scheduled delivery. This gives our logistics team enough time to adjust, we may not be able to accommodate last-minute changes outside of this window.

Refunds & Exchanges: 

• To maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards, items sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

• Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. In the very rare event that your durians arrive damaged or defective, please take a quick photo and reach out to our team immediately upon delivery. We will gladly review the issue on a case-by-case basis and make things right for you!
