About Us

Throughout the years, Durian Culture has delivered the finest durians across the country. Established in 1969, now harvested into a family business with a vision that remains consistent.

The Next Generation: Evolution and Innovation

In 2010, Mr. Lim’s daughters, Zeslyn and Samantha, rebranded their Singapore operations as Durian Culture. Infusing the enterprise with a modern approach, they anchored the Singapore operations while their father directed the cross-border supply chain from Malaysia.

In 2025, they relocated from the nostalgic stall in Geylang to an established food distribution and processing facility in Mandai, which enhances islandwide distribution to NTUC FairPrice while offering fresh and seamless doorstep durian delivery.

Today, Zeslyn and Samantha continue to explore innovative ways to deliver the greatest durians. By combining the standards passed down by their father with global advancements, they ensure that the original Gold Standard established in 1969 shines brighter than ever before.

Our Heritage Timeline

In Taiping, Perak for 2 years, Mr. Lim Chin Yong started selling durians under his father's guidance.
